1. 30-Day Return Window

In accordance with our Terms of Service, we offer a 30-day return request period from the date of original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Food Safety & Hygiene)

As we sell pet treats (food products), we maintain strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be in its original, unopened factory-sealed packaging.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Food Products: Any pet treats that have been opened or have a broken seal due to health and safety regulations.
  • Custom Subscriptions: Monthly tailored treat boxes that are specifically customized for your pet's dietary needs.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include photos of the damaged product and the batch number in your email.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference, pet taste preference, or accidental ordering, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or quality defect), NOOOOK INC. will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
